About :
Sogetsu Master Teacher Reito Oizumi will explore the connection between creating ikebana and the art of breathing. Following her talk, she will present a live demonstration on how to teach a Sogetsu basic style arrangement.
This workshop is ideal for those who wish to review the fundamentals of Sogetsu ikebana, as well as for instructors who want to learn effective methods for teaching the basic style while considering its potential health benefits.
(For on-location participants: Bring your own container (moribana style), kenzan, and secateurs. Materials (flowers and branches) provided. Fee: $75 / $40 (Sogetsu Teachers & Students))

発表タイトル：花と共に呼吸する：いけばな体験
発表者: ⼤泉麗仁 - いけばな作家。草月流本部助手・チームメチェ上田教室講師
いけばな作家。2000年に草月流に入門し、竹中麗湖氏に師事。公共空間、店舗、イ
ベント等でのディスプレイやおもてなしの花を提案。2004 年 第86 回草月展「新
人賞受賞」、2009、2012 年「新作能 オンディーヌ」能舞台にて苫屋制作。2015
年パリ・日本文化会館にて能の舞台美術制作。2012 年｢マルセル・プルーストへの
オマージュ 失われた時を求めて｣舞台公演にて、音と香りを融合させたいけばな
パフォーマンスで、独自の世界を切り開いている。また、現代空間の中に人の心や
呼吸に深く共鳴していくいけばなを目指し、いけばなは、人の心を癒やし、呼吸と
情動（こころ）の密接な関係を明らかにする研究を通して、ワークショップを開催。
2011年「The Power of Flowers賞」受賞。2016年「Flower Art Award 2016」最
優秀作品賞受賞。「Concours International D’Art Floal」準グランプリ受賞
2017年、2019年、2021年、2023年新いけばな主義展覧会出品 2019年幸田浩子
リサイタルで、パフォーマンス、2021年前橋汀子リサイタル大賀ホールにて舞台美
術。2022 年麻布十番ギャラリーにて個展 2023 年小林栄子ファッションショー舞
台美術。2024年小林栄子主催禅坊靖寧（淡路島）アマテラス舞台美術
2025年第５回新いけばな主義グランプリ受賞
